Cancellation and Refund Policy

At the time of the meeting, the notary will give a 5-minute grace period before canceling the session if the signer(s)/witness(es) do not appear. A "no show" will result in forfeiting the $35 and no refunds will be disbursed.

If the scheduled session needs to be canceled or rescheduled within 48 business hours prior to the scheduled session, there will be a $25 disruption fee.
