Book your Remote Notary Session

• If an Additional Notarial Certificate is required, the notary will charge $15 per Additional Notary Certificate needed at the time of the notarization.

• If an Additional Signer is required, the notary will charge $10 per Additional Signer needed at the time of the notarization.

• If an Apostille is needed as well, please let the notary know before the meeting and the notary will charge $115 per Apostille needed.

• If the Document needs to be Translated (Spanish-English), please let the notary know before or at the time of the notarization, and a quote will be given.

Cancellation Policy

• At the time of the meeting, the notary will give a 5-minute grace period before canceling the session if the signer(s)/witness(es) do not appear. A "no show" will result in forfeiting the $25 and no refunds will be disbursed.

• If the scheduled session needs to be canceled or rescheduled within 48 business hours prior to the scheduled session, there will be a $15 disruption fee.
