Step-by-step: How to remotely notarize your document

  • Step #1

    Book a Remote Notary Session through our website, upload the document(s) you wish to notarize and checkout. Meeting link will be sent to your e-mail after the Notary confirms your appointment.

  • Step #2

    Join the virtual meeting and complete the ID Verification. Make sure to have a stable wi-fi connection, a webcam, and a microphone.

  • Step #3

    After the Remote Notary Session is finalized, the Notary will send the notarized document(s) to your e-mail.

How does remote Apostille works?

  • Step #1

    Prior to your Remote Notary Session, let the Notary know you would like an Apostille for the document. Remember all documents must be notarized to be submitted for an Apostille.

  • Step #2

    After the notarization, the Notary will proceed to submit/mail the notarized document to the Secretary of State. You will choose between the Standard or Priority Processing for a faster delivery.

  • Step #3

    Everything will be done remotely. The notary will send your Apostille Certificate via mail as soon as received.
