Documents must be notarized first before submitting them for an apostille

• Standard Processing will take between 14-21 business days.
• $115 per Apostille needed.
• An apostille certifies/authenticates a document so it can be recognized as valid in foreign countries under the Hague Convention.
• REMEMBER: The Florida Department of State reviews requests in the order received. Sometimes, due to the volume of requests, delays will be experienced which are out of our control.
