Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Bosch Leones Holdings LLC, doing business as Leones E-Notary Services.
1. Electronic Delivery
Remote online notarizations and certified translations are delivered electronically. Notarized documents are available for download at the end of the session, and certified translations are delivered by email.
2. Return of Apostilled Documents
- Apostilled original documents are returned by mail to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
- Shipping charges, if any, and available shipping methods are shown at checkout.
- Documents are shipped after the Florida Department of State returns the apostille. Delivery times depend on the carrier and the method selected.
3. Address Accuracy and Lost Shipments
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Tracking information is provided where available. If a shipment is lost or delayed, contact us and we will assist with the carrier inquiry. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.
