Notary questions

Can I use a Florida online notary if I live outside Florida or outside the U.S.?

Yes. You can be anywhere in the world. You'll need a valid government-issued photo ID, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.

How long does a session take?

Most sessions take 10–15 minutes when your document and ID are ready. Sessions with several signers or documents may take longer.

What do I need for my session?

Your unsigned document, a valid government-issued photo ID, and a phone or computer with a camera and microphone. Don't sign the document before the session.

Can I get my document apostilled too?

Yes. If your document will be used abroad, we can notarize it and start the Florida apostille the same day. Start from our apostille page.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Reschedule free with more than 48 business hours' notice. Changes inside 48 hours have a $25 fee, and missed sessions (no-show after 5 minutes) aren't refundable.
