Translation questions

Will USCIS accept your translations?

Every translation includes a signed certificate stating the translator is competent in both languages and that the translation is complete and accurate, which is what USCIS asks for.

How do you count pages?

One page is up to 250 words. If a page has more than 250 words, it's billed as an additional page. Select the number of pages that matches what you upload.

How will I receive my translation?

Your certified translation is emailed to the address you use at checkout, usually within 2–4 business days.

Do I also need it notarized or apostilled?

It depends on where you're submitting it. Check with the office receiving your document. If it needs a notarization or an apostille, you can order those separately on our online notary and apostille pages.
